How to look after your Grix Genuine Billet Aluminum Sunglasses:
Naturally, the more carefully you look after your Grix Sunglasses the longer they will keep their amazing finish. Our lenses have special scratch resistant coatings. However we recommend that you never leave your Grix Sunglasses face down on a hard surface as they will eventually be damaged.
To clean your lens, rinse away any dust and grit under cold water and dry with our supplied microfiber cleaning cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or soap detergents as they may leave deposits on the lens. Avoid using tissues that may be impregnated with oil or lotions.
WARNING:
Do not leave your Grix Sunglasses on the dashboard of your car as the extremely high temperatures can damage the lens and cause the frames to heat up to dangerous levels. Automotive dashboards can reach temperatures of between 150oF (65oC) up to 200oF (93oC). Any temperatures over 140oF (60oC) can cause significant burns.
